Plantronics Practica T110 headset telephone is a complete single-line, corded analog telephone solution which includes a corded headset with noise-canceling microphone.
The T110 features three flash settings and supervisor access port. The dial pad supervisor port gives users direct access to a manager, promoting rapid training and problem resolution. The T110 Headset Telephone connects to a standard analog telephone jack (RJ11). (Note: This product replaces the previous model Plantronics T10.)
Features volume control, mute, redial, on/off switch, touchtone/pulse switch, 3 flash settings - 98, 300 and 600ms (to satisfy all call center requirements).
The T110 unit is a single-line telephone with dialpad; connects directly to standard, analog RJ11 phone jack at the wall. Draws power from the phone line--no need for batteries or a/c adapter. 1-year warranty.
The Plantronics T110 meets all requirements for most "work at home" customer service agents such as Alpine Access, Arise, West at Home, HSN, Reps for Rent, Rogers, Working Solutions and ACD Direct.
