Do You Need a Plantronics Quick Disconnect Cord or a Plantronics Amplifier?
Plantronics H-series headsets (such as HW251 or any other model starting with the letter "H") come down to a black, rectangular snap-on piece called a Quick Disconnect. Plantronics direct connect cables (for phones with a dedicated headset port) and amplifiers (for phones without a headset port) have the corresponding Quick Disconnect to simply snap onto your headset.

It is VERY IMPORTANT to choose the compatible direct-connect QD cord for your phone. Please see the list below. If you don't see your phone listed, please give us a call.
